Errands

Errands day. I haven't been to email in 4 days and I'm having withdrawals. (Pathetic really.) I wanted to go as soon as I jumped off the Matatu, but I had to go to the bank (which took over an hour) to change money. Now I'm grabbing lunch, then Safaricom, then the grocery store for big waters and a soccer ball, the veggie market for Mama Liz, and then FINALLY on to the internet. I hate waiting in the bank line here, so I cashed $500 in travelers cheques so I wouldn't have to again this month. But as a result I am loaded with cash (and my passport), which makes me a little nervous. Kisii has never been considered a paragon of safety. I will definitely try to be gone by dark.

It shouldn't be a problem.
